Krav Maga Changed my Lifestyle

Martial Arts has always been my form of active sport, but I recently got into training Krav Maga last last year, and I can definitely say it has changed my lifestyle , mentally and physically, firstly it has trained me not be afraid to take risks, or walking anywhere alone because I know I can be able to defend myself from an attacker, the classes teach you basic swift moves on how to turn your attacker into a victim before running away or finding another option of security, Krav Maga is definitely a skill that I suggest everybody young and old should master, not only does it help you survive attacks or robbery but it can also help you save someone under attack. Krav Maga is good for women esp in a 3rd world country where danger is behind every corner, and they should shield themselves for safety cause you never know what might happen. I believe Krav Maga should be taught in more schools around the Philippines and gym associations. I always look forward to all my Krav Maga classes.
